He has over 20 years of experience in the field of higher education and US and China professional exchange programs etc. He plays a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction for the Maryland Smith School to develop its eminent presence in the Greater China region. Prior to joining the Robert H. Smith School of Business, David was the President and co-founder of a Conference and Travel Management Company with an annual revenue of ten million US dollars.

Kitty Zhang
Director, Admission & Recruitment
As an accomplished and energetic admission professional with a solid history of achievement in international student recruitment, Kitty Zhang has been deeply engaged in international education for 14 years. Beginning in 2019, Kitty Zhang has served as the assistant director at Smith Business School for three years. With her strong background and skill set, she accurately and completely portrays college educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial considerations to students, parents, and educators.
Oliver Song
Manager, Marketing Communications
Oliver demonstrates his strength in running marketing campaigns across digital media platforms to support the recruitment team. He also possesses rich hands-on experience in marketing activities such as information sessions, alumni engagement events, and so on. Prior to joining Wolun, Oliver had worked for a few institutions of higher learning in Malaysia, including HELP University, Taylor’s University, and UCSI University in the portfolios of recruiting students from China.
